Emerald Cedars are fragrant, dense multi-stemmed evergreen shrubs with a narrowly upright and columnar growth habit. Slow to moderate growing plants, with densely branched, pyramidal forms. They do not require staking and are often planted tightly together for privacy hedges. They can be planted 2.5′ to 3′ apart, or greater, depending upon your preference. Emerald Cedars will reach 10′ – 15’+ in height, and can be planted in full sun to partial shade.
