NEW! The Pompeji® rose is a compact floribunda with clusters of medium-sized, pompon-shaped blooms. These flowers are full of petals, and are a striking blend of colours reminiscent of earthy molten lava. Shades of russet orange, pink, and red blend together in these petals, deepening to a wine colour, each with a silvery reverse. This compact, upright grower is a perfect patio rose, and is healthy and not very thorny. Canes reach 2′-3′ in height, with smooth, dark green, and glossy foliage. This rose has won several awards in recent years, including the Silver Medals at the Nyon and Warsaw Rose Trials in 2021, the Bronze at the Baden-Baden Rose Trials in 2021, and the Silver at the Kortrijk/Courtrai Rose Trials in 2024.
