Blush Veranda®

LIMIT OF 1 PER HOUSEHOLD PER SEASON

We have a very limited supply of this rose, so we only allow one per household this season. Customers who place multiple orders of this rose will still only receive one, and the other orders placed this season will be cancelled and refunded.

BACK! The healthy Blush Veranda® rose grows clusters of dreamy light pink blooms, revealing a deeper blush in the center as the bloom opens. The romantic-type flowers are very full, floating atop lush and dark green foliage. You can expect Blush Veranda® to grow 1’5′-2.5′ tall. Its upright, compact and floriferous habit is ideally suited for planters, smaller gardens or low hedges alike.

The heights & zones are guidelines only. Roses & fruit trees grow differently in different zones, and require proper winter protection accordingly.

Please know we only ship bare root roses.

We ship throughout North America from the end of February to the end of April. We cannot ship outside of North America at this time.

When you place your order, select your preferred shipping date based upon your personal schedule, gardening preferences, and circumstances. You may have surgery or a travel schedule you need to consider. You may also have a green house or a micro climate that may require a different than suggested shipping date.

The general planting guidelines are as follows:

  • Zones 9-13: January – late February
  • Zone 8: mid – late February
  • Zone 7: early – mid March
  • Zone 6: mid – late March
  • Zones 3-5: early April – May

On rare occasions we may reach out to you with a different ship to date. This is solely to protect the quality and well being of the plants in response to ever changing weather patterns. Would we need to change your date you will be notified in advance by email.

For our Canadian Customers:

All orders ship on Mondays. Canadian orders will be shipped via Purolator straight from our nursery to you. You will receive a tracking number from Purolator.

We reserve the right to refuse to ship orders if we deem the weather to be too risky to the plant’s health.

Please see Shipping Rates in Canada.

For our US Customers:

US orders are exported to our US Warehouse and ship Mondays via UPS. You will receive a tracking number from the warehouse, Freight Boy Inc. On occasions these tracking numbers have found their way into our customers’ email junk mail. Before reaching out to us please have a look there for a UPS shipment coming from Freight Boy, Niagara Falls, NY.

We reserve the right to refuse to ship orders if we deem the weather to be too risky to the plant’s health.

Pick up for Bare-Root Roses

The season for picking up bare-root roses is now finished. For the health of the plants, all bare-root roses have been potted. Pre-orders for the next bare-root pick up season will begin late 2024, and orders will be scheduled for pick up in Spring of 2025. More information will be made available later this season.

Pick up for Potted Roses

Potted roses are available for pick up in-store, while quantities last, until the end of summer. Our garden center hours of operation are Monday-Saturday, 9 am-5 pm. When placing an online order of potted roses, you will be asked to select a pick up date. These dates will only be available 48 hours from when you place your order, to allow our staff time to arrange the pick up. If you need to reschedule a pick up, please contact store staff at (905) 468-8627 or store@palatineroses.com as soon as possible.

Tariff notice

Please know that under NAFTA, roses shipped to the U.S. were tariff-free. With the new administration’s announcement of a potential 25% tariff on Canadian goods, our US pricing may need to be increased. We hope this won’t take effect and certainly not before our shipments in February, March, or April.
