Trouble Signing In?

If you are experiencing difficulties signing into our website, this could mean you need to clear your recent web browser “cache” and cookies. These steps may help.

Please select your web browser below, and follow the steps:

In Chrome:

  1. Using your keyboard, press the Ctrl-Shift-Delete keys at the same time. Or on a Mac, press Command-Shift-Delete.
  2. Change the Time range option to 24 hours.
  3. Make sure all checkmarks are checked, and click the Delete Data button.

In Edge:

  1. Using your keyboard, press the Ctrl-Shift-Delete keys at the same time.
  2. Change the Time range option to 24 hours.

In Firefox:

  1. Using your keyboard, press the Ctrl-Shift-Delete keys at the same time. Or on a Mac, press Command-Shift-Delete. (On some Mac keyboards, you may have to press Command-Shift-Fn-Delete.)
  2. Change the When option to Everything.
  3. Uncheck History, and make sure all other checkmarks are checked.
  4. Click the Clear button.

In Safari:

  1. In the very top left menu on your Mac, click the Safari menu.
  2. Click on Settings or Preferences (depending on your version of macOS).
  3. Go to the Privacy tab.
  4. Click on Manage Website Data.
  5. Type “palatineroses.com“, into the search box, and click on palatineroses.com in the list, so it highlights.
  6. Click the Remove button.

Then navigate back to the My Account page using this link:

… on the next screen click Log Out. Then try logging in again.

Please know that under CUSMA, roses shipped to the USA are currently tariff-free. However, with the new administration announcing a potential 25% tariff on Canadian goods, we may have to add these tariffs to your final invoice before shipping.
