As of September 9, 2024, our garden centre is closed for the season. Visitors are welcome by appointment only during the Fall and Winter.
For our fruit customers, you are able to order fruit and cider on our website and reach out to us for an earlier pick up date by contacting: contact@palatineroses.com.
To our US customers, please know that under CUSMA, roses shipped to the USA are currently tariff-free. However, with the new administration announcing a potential 25% tariff on Canadian goods, we may have to add these tariffs to your final invoice before shipping.
For spring pick-up & mail-orders the order deadline is March 15, 2025.
No changes to mail orders will be accepted after March 15, 2025.
For potted garden roses the pick-up dates will be April 11, 2025 to April 28, 2025.
Spring pick-up is available between April 11, 2025 to April 28, 2025.
Pick-up after April 28 – all garden rose bushes will be sold potted.
Spring orders will be shipped on Mondays from February 24, 2025 to April 28, 2025.

Orders will only be shipped or held for pick up once we receive full payment. Please note that e-transfers must be received within 1 week of placing an order. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your order.
