BACK! The Peace® rose is the most famous and most grown yellow rose in history. Mostly born in solitary, the delicate lemon yellow flower has a painted pink edge which becomes more pronounced as the bloom matures. With age, these classic, large, double blooms change to resemble peonies. An upright rose plant which can be 3′ – 4′ tall. Recognized internationally, this rose has been the recipient of the following awards: AARS 1946, Portland Gold Medal 1944, ARS Gold Medal 1947, NRS 1947, World Hall of Fame Rose 1976.
