Empress Josephine

Named after the patroness of Old Roses these sumptuously fragrant, pink, large, and nearly double blooms are famed for their beauty. A distinct feature of Empress Josephine is the loosely shaped heavily veined flowers which are non-recurrent. The bush is nearly thornless and somewhat sprawling in habit reaching 4′ – 5′ in height and can tolerate some shade. All roses have been grown and tended in our family-owned rose nursery.
